![]() ![]() Once inside, the sales rep was more interested in wondering around instead of helping. Literally had to wait in line out in the heat while two shoppers shopped and five employees huddled around the register chatting and having a good time. ![]() There is a deposit of $100 and one pays before the tattoo is completed (paying for the session).Īlso note that only tattoo artists and those getting tattoos are permitted in the back (or parents accompanying minors), so if you want to see your friend get a tattoo, this may not be the ideal place. There is a 4% surcharge on credit card use, so recommend bringing cash. If you don't hear back within 48 hours (as was my case), I called the shop where Travis at the front desk helped expedite the process. I recommend booking an appointment/showcasing interest online. It is possible to have a consultation and the tattoo work completed on the same day, but it varies with each tattoo artist. They do allow walk-ins for less than 4 inch tattoos, but larger designs require in-person consultations. From the moment I walked in and talked to Matt about my idea, he was completely enthusiastic and spent the next half-day helping to complete it. His line work is incredible, and I'm so happy with the work he did. Travis at the front-desk is extremely accommodating and kind, while Matt Perez is an amazing tattoo artist with such passion for Japanese-inspired designs. I won't be returning to this theater.Įxtremely friendly place to get a tattoo. It just doesn't make sense to not give the refill on the large products. They still making a ton of their food sales. Those things are made of paper and doesn't cost much for the company. It makes no sense, if covid is an issue then give a clean/new bucket for refill. ![]() Every other theater in town has gone back to offering refills on large popcorn and large drinks except for this theater/company. They have pretzel bites on their concession menu, but when we ordered they said it's not available because it's a cafe item, if it's a cafe item then take it off your concession menu to avoid this confusion, as cafe has their own separate menu. The app says you can order and have food bright to your theater, but how can you do that if the cafe closes before the last show time? Our show started at 1030pm, we arrived at 945pm, but they said cafe was closed. It's been a while since I've been to this theater they have made many renovations. Press through the traffic and save yourself some headache unless your in a crunch for time. I say all this to say, skip this outlet and go to the other outlets. The staff was pleasant and the coffee was decent, prices for pastries were shocking but overall it was pleasant. I didn't mind repeating myself and they attempted to get my order correct but the language barrier was a bit of a struggle. The staff didn't speak English well so communication was a little struggle. The outside has a sitting area and also a pet bird that my kids were interested in. Lastly, I stopped by to get coffee from the world coffee store. We ended up buying the entire family a pair because associates took time to explain promotions and helped us shop. The Crocs store was a pleasant experience and the staff was helpful. Unfortunately the item I wanted was not in stock. She took the time to answer my question, explain the promotion and even look to see if the item I was interested in was in stock in the size I needed. Finally an associate stopped to help me and I wish I knew her name because she was the only thing good about this experience. I was followed in this store again not to get any help or assistance, nevertheless i continue to shop. The other Outlets in the area had more to choose from. The NIKE store left me also underwhelmed with the selection of shoes and clothes. The only help we needed was better customer service. Other than asking did we have any trouble finding anything at checkout, we were not assisted at all. Upon entering GAP my family and I were not greeted or acknowledged until one of the associates (guy with glasses) rudely interrupted our shopping experience not to see if we needed help but to ask us to watch our children who were standing beside us. It looks not too well kept and I had a couple not so good experiences in GAP, NIKE, and the coffee shop. If you are looking to avoid crowds and shop, this is your place. Lots of parking due to underwhelming stores and variety. Unfortunately, our latter visits were less impressive. Our first experience was a lot better than this last one. My family and I visit this Outlet when we visit. ![]()
